I am a geek when it comes to movements. I love taking postures apart, make them work for every body shape and condition, disecting thought patterns, observing emotions, and bringing body and mind together. I love to turn the world up-side down.

I’m Swiss and I live in London since 15 years. I started my journey into Meditation and Yoga over 30 years ago. It is my life, and I feel passionate about passing these wonderful practices on to you.
