6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
In these Monday Ashtanga classes we will go through primary series, and might explore backbend postures from second series.
There will always be time to work on backbends and/or dropbacks.
We will have a strong focus on alignments and proper execution of the postures, to keep your body strong and safe.
Don’t worry if you are not doing full primary yet, there are modifications and substitute to help you on your journey to full primary.
You can also join if you have injuries. We modify and adjust to help you heal.
