Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate
1/2 primary & 1/2 2nd series
If you have been doing primary series for a while and would like to explore the first half of intermediate series then this course is for you.
More backbends and deeper hip openers (leg behind the head) are being introduced.
What to expect:
- We explore ways to strengthen and prepare our bodies for more intense asanas
- We play around with additional exercises, to help us on the way to the final asana
- Developing an understanding for the deeper layers of the practice
