If you know me, then you know my love for this beautiful practice, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
We will spend two hours flowing through the standing sequence and some of the primary series and we will especially look at backbends.
Opening our upper torso fills us with energy and gives us light-heartedness.
We will explore the backbend postures of the second series and get you started on your journey towards dropbacks. No matter your level, I will teach you drills to build strength for your back bend journey.
We will have a strong focus on alignments and proper execution of the postures to keep your body strong and safe.
Don’t worry if you are not familiar with Ashtanga and its sequence. I will give modifications and substitute postures if needed.
You can also join if you have injuries, but do let me know of any issues in advance.
