Yoga for Strength & Balance

This class will improve your strength and build up resilience.
We are focusing on techniques to explore more advanced yoga postures, like arm balances, inversions and backbends, safely.
It is a fun class where you’ll have time to experiment and try out new postures, no matter what level you’re at.
