Stay motivated in your Yoga Practice

Many of my student’s yoga practice has suffered in the last couple of years. Either life got in the way, priorities have changed, or they simply forgot to look after themselves. Can you relate?

Stepping on our Yoga mat is not always easy:

  • Challenging postures can trigger emotions.
  • Dealing with injuries can bring up frustration and anger.
  • Our inner chatter during practice can often lead us astray, like self-judgment and all the “should” we impose on ourselves.
  • Sometimes, the mere thought of stepping onto the mat can feel overwhelming.

⭐️ But you know what effect a yoga practice can have, how it can put a smile on your face, and the stresses of life are just a little bit easier to deal with; somtimes we just need a little nudge to take care of ourselves. ⭐️
